Our Treadle Loom
In 1789 a wooden Treadle Loom was used for the first time in Venice to create the most enchanting tapestries ever seen. This Loom for centuries has continued to create prestigious art objects to adorn the residences of doges and noble families in Venice.
Until the spools of threads gave way to strips of leather and the art, from the wall, became within reach.
