Shipments to countries that are not part of the European Community may be subject to customs charges, import taxes and local taxes based on the laws in force in the country of residence. Shipments to these countries can be of two types: DDP (customs fees paid), or DDU (customs fees not paid).
Shipments to countries outside the EEC are currently provided in DDU (unpaid customs fees).
As soon as the payment is authorized and the items are available, the orders will be processed as soon as possible.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following schedule: 10.00-12.30 and 15.00-17.00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Finally, orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
The times indicated refer to shipments to major cities. Any delivery delays must be promptly reported to our Customer Service. The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods will be delivered during delivery times.
The times indicated are however approximate.
The cost of shipping is calculated at the time of check-out depending on the value of the purchase, the size of the package and the country of destination of the goods. Occasionally, promotional or shipping costs may be applied to purchase incentive initiatives: for more information on these rates, please refer to the related promotional banners and the communications attached to them.
At the time of shipment, the consumer will receive an informative e-mail in which the identification number of the shipment will be specified, which can be monitored on the site of the selected courier.
Shipments made by Phoenix Creations Srl are insured against damage or loss for purchases over € 1,000.
Once an item has been monogrammed, it can no longer be returned or exchanged.
