Handwoven Italian Leather with a Unique Texture
The leather used for the 51 is woven by hand on historic wooden treadle looms dating from the 18th century. Soft cowhide is cut into fine strips and worked as a textile, creating a supple and lightweight surface with natural depth. It is a true woven construction rather than conventional leather braiding.
