The name ‘697’ pays homage to the year 697 AD, when ‘Venetia Maritima’ - later known as the Duchy of Venice -was founded under its first Doge. This historic moment marks the beginning of Venice’s rich legacy in craftsmanship and trade, a city deeply connected to Parise. It was within its artisan workshops that the wooden treadle looms, now used to weave Parise’s signature leather, were discovered.

Shipments are free in Italy and the EU above 300€. For the rest of the world, costs depend on the destination and are visible at checkout.
